Data controller

The controller of personal data processed by this website is the operator named in the imprint. For data matters, contact us via a ticket on Discord or the address given in the imprint.

Browsing the website

The website uses no cookies for tracking, ads or advertising pixels.

The server records technical data needed to deliver and protect the website (IP address, time, page address, browser type) in logs kept for up to 14 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – security and abuse prevention.

Log in with Discord

Logging in is optional. We use Discord OAuth2 with the “identify” scope: we receive your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar. We never receive your password, e-mail address or server list.

We store this data, your dashboard settings (language, your region and the platforms you play on, chosen games with the in-game name and region you entered, visibility of your profile, games and achievements, ranking consent, chosen title), earned achievements (type, date and confirming source) and session information (creation, last activity and expiry time, a hash of the session token, a generic device name such as “Chrome · Android”) in the website’s database, separate from the bot. We store no IP address with the session and no Discord tokens. Legal basis: providing the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your avatar is fetched from Discord by our server and shown from the website’s domain – your browser does not connect to Discord for it.

A session expires after 30 days of inactivity and after 90 days at the latest. Expired sessions are deleted at the next login or when they are used.

Posts on the LFG board (game, mode, open slots, a short note) are visible to logged-in members together with your Discord name and avatar. A post expires after the time you choose (1–4 hours); staff may remove it, and the removal is logged without personal data.

Activity register and quests: we record the days on which you logged in to the website, when you checked in on your dashboard and which LFG posts you published (event type, post id or day, date and time). The website uses this to calculate quest progress. We also record which quest rewards you claimed and when. We do not record your IP address, time spent on the website or clicks. Only you can see this data (in your data export). Activity register entries are deleted automatically after 12 months; claimed rewards are kept until you delete your account. Legal basis: providing the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The website does not award GLORY XP and does not pass the activity register or rewards to ONE GLORY BOT. If this changes, we will update this policy first.

GLORY MATCH – listings and player search

GLORY MATCH works only when you are logged in. When you publish a listing, we store: the game, mode, edition (Minecraft), platform, region, roles you are looking for, your declared rank (if you enter one), languages, the number of total and filled slots, “play now” or a start time, whether voice is required, a note (up to 120 characters, no links), the listing status, the number of extensions, the time of creation, change and closing, a random key that prevents double publishing and whether you ask for a Discord mirror of the listing. Legal basis: providing the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Listings are visible only to logged-in ONE GLORY members – together with your Discord ID (for the “Message on Discord” button), username, display name and avatar. Visitors who are not logged in and search engines see neither listings nor their authors. People you have blocked and people who have blocked you do not see your listings. We show no IP address and no listing history, and the search does not allow searching by player name.

A “play now” listing expires after the time you choose (1, 2 or 4 hours); a scheduled listing expires 60 minutes after the start. You can extend it at most 2 times, in the last 30 minutes. Expired, closed and staff-removed listings disappear from results immediately; you still see them in “My listings”, and after 30 days they are deleted from the database automatically.

Blocking: we store whom you blocked and when. The blocked person is not notified. A block lasts until you unblock or delete your account.

Abuse reports: we store the reporter, the reported listing or account, the reason, an optional description (up to 500 characters), the status and when and by whom the report was handled. Only the website staff can see reports – the reported person does not learn who reported them. Once the reported listing is deleted from the database (after 30 days), the report is no longer linked to its content. A report is kept until the reporter deletes their account; when the reported person deletes their account, the report is no longer linked to them.

Moderation: staff may remove a listing and temporarily restrict publishing (from 1 hour to 365 days, with a reason of up to 200 characters). A new account can publish 24 hours after its first login on the website. Every moderation action is recorded in the admin log (type of action, object id, moderator, time) – without the content of notes or descriptions. A restriction is kept until it is lifted or the account is deleted. Legal basis for reports, blocks and moderation: legitimate interest – community safety and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The Discord mirror of listings is not running yet: we only store your request, and the website does not pass listings to ONE GLORY BOT. We will update this policy before that changes.

The data export in the player dashboard includes your listings, blocks, filed reports and restrictions. Deleting your profile deletes your listings, blocks (yours and those concerning you), the reports you filed and restrictions; reports concerning you remain without a link to your account.

Strictly necessary cookies

After you log in, the website sets a session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure) and an “og_li” cookie with the value 1, which only switches the header button from “Log in” to “My dashboard” and contains no identifier. During login we use short-lived security cookies (up to 10 minutes). They are necessary for login to work, so they don’t require consent.

Deleting your data

In the player dashboard you can download your data (JSON file) and delete your profile at any time: we then delete your data, settings, chosen games, achievements, all sessions, LFG posts, the activity register and claimed quest rewards. You can also revoke the app’s access in Discord settings (Authorized Apps).

External links

Buttons lead to Discord, TikTok and Facebook. Their privacy policies apply once you go there. We don’t embed their players or scripts.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
